Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission, design, or adoptable, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

All artwork is digital only. No physical items will be shipped.

I reserve the right to decline any order if the project is not a good fit.

I retain full copyright and authorship of all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, promotional materials, artbooks, or future publications unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe, Klarna, or PayPal (where available). By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of the respective payment provider.

Full payment is required before work begins unless a custom payment plan is agreed upon.

If paying via installment services (e.g., Klarna), you remain responsible for completing payments under their terms.

Custom payment plans must follow the agreed schedule.

If payment is not completed within 30 days without prior communication, the order may be placed on hold.

If payment remains incomplete after 2 months, the sale may be cancelled and the slot/design relisted. Previously paid amounts may be retained to cover time and reservation.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in a permanent ban and appropriate action.

All major edits must be requested during the sketch phase.

A sketch preview will be provided before rendering begins.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an extra fee.

Final files are delivered after full payment is completed.

I guarantee that your commission will be completed. In the case of unexpected delays, I remain committed to delivering the work, even if a significant amount of time has passed.

Refunds are only considered in extreme cases where I am genuinely unable to complete the work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial use must be explicitly agreed upon before purchase.

You may not:

• Claim the artwork as your own creation
• Remove my signature where present
• Use the artwork for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, dataset inclusion, or machine learning purposes

Any additional usage requires written permission.

When purchasing a design or adoptable:

You receive the right to use the character for personal purposes.

You may modify the design unless otherwise specified.

Proper credit must be given to me as the original creator (for example on Toyhouse or social media).

You may resell the character. The resale price should reasonably reflect the original purchase price and any additional commissioned artwork.

The character may not be resold, traded, or transferred until paid in full.

Designs may not be transferred to individuals on my public blacklist.

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Revocation of usage rights
• Cancellation of pending orders
• Ban from future purchases

I reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
